So why not thermal management of a city? The city of Toronto asked that same question and a company named Enwave brought forth an answer: Deep Lake Water Cooling.<\/p>\n<p>http:\/\/youtu.be\/8RqGRp3jYW0<\/p>\n<p>Deep lake water cooling is simple heat transfer. Cool water is brought up from a cold lake and then heat exchangers on buildings that receive the cold water cool the buildings.
