height and space guidelines:
tabletop information display space does not extend beyond the table surface. two stools or chairs are placed to the side or behind the table. tabletop height:
exhibit fixtures, signage, products, etc… must be placed on top of the tabletop. signs or banners reaching a maximum of 8’l x 42"h may be hung from the drape on the front of the table. also, free standing signs or banners may be hung behind your display area. maximum height permitted on top of the table is 3"0". maximum height permitted behind your table is 8 feet. exhibitors may be asked to remove any exhibits not in compliance with these guidelines.
note: you may not attach any display materials to the walls. your tabletop is your only exhibit space. you may be held responsible for damages should you attempt to attach display materials to the ehibition hall walls.
intent: each exhibitor is entitled to a reasonable sightline from the aisle, regardless of the size of the exhibit.

shipping label all boxes “coolingzone-13” do not send shipments to your booth.
advance deliveries— we can accomodate exhibitor deliveries for the day of the event but not prior to.
direct deliveries— monday, october 21, 2013 8:00am - 9:30am shipments may arrive directly for coolingzone-13. send direct shipments to: name of exhibiting company , coolingzone-13 - the thermal management industry international summit, tabletop #, c/o granite links golf club, 100 quarry hills drive, quincy, ma 02169
shipping material back — there is no on-site representative for federal experss, ups or other carriers. please make arrangements ahead of time for a pick up with either fedex or with ups.
pov— (privately owned vehicles) exhibitors will be permitted to unload their vehicles at granite links golf club and convention center.
labor - coolingzone does not have personnel for helping with setup and unload.
electrical requirements — electrical equipment and cords must be u.l. approved. all temporary electrical wiring will stay accessible and be free from debris and storage materials. please allow space for safe passage for people to walk when using all electrical wires and cords.
general conditions— storage, booth setup, easels, chairs and signs shall not block access to any fire/life safety equipment and shall not impede exit access, exit doors or aisles. fire equipment, fire strobes, fire speakers, fire signage and fire extinguishers shall not be concealed and shall remain visible and unobstructed at all times.
storage— literature on display shall be limited to reasonable quantities. reserve supplies shall be kept in closed containers and stored in a neat and compact manner.
machinery— operation of any electrical, mechanical, or dust-producing equipment, which incorporates moving parts or could cause injury to the public require protection around machinery for the viewers' protection if safeguards are not currently in place. (this does not apply to normal electrical appliances such as lamps, computers, radios, etc.). storage— empty freight or boxes may be stored behind or under your tabletop.
sound/ noise levels— sound and noise are permitted up to a maximum of 70 decibels (for fan trays or other cooling equipment demonstrations).
