The hour-long, live webinar will be presented by Kaveh Azar, Ph.D., the co-founder, president, and CEO of ATS and a world-renowned expert in the thermal management of electronics.

The next webinar will be held on Thursday, April 25 from 2:00-3:00 ET. There will be time allotted at the end of the webinar for questions and answers with Dr. Azar.

To cool hotter components, engineers are turning to larger fans and heat sinks and added surface area. But these hardware changes add significant cost to the design. Alternatively, a cooling system’s performance can be improved just by using a better interface material to lower thermal resistance at the interface of the case and the heat sink.

Participants will learn to overcome thermal challenges by making simple and cost-effective changes in thermal interface materials. This series will be perfect for experienced engineers as well as those just starting out in the industry.
