on monday, july 24, companies from across the united states (and several from overseas as well) took time to honor the thermal engineers who ensure the reliability of electronics by celebrating national thermal engineer day.

the day was highlighted by a series of social media posts from various companies and people from within the industry that showed their appreciation for the work of thermal engineers. using the hashtag #thermalengineerday, companies praised thermal engineers on twitter, facebook, and instagram, including the day’s sponsor, advanced thermal solutions, inc. (ats), which dealt with rain but held an indoor picnic to celebrate.
