Dow Premieres Next-Generation FLUIDFILETM Software Used To Help Choose Best Fluid for Liquid Cooling

a first look at the enhanced functionality and capabilities of fluidfile will be demonstrated by kevin connor, technical service manager for dow heat transfer fluids in the presentation “advantages of choosing dow heat transfer fluids.” connor will also compare fluids used in water-based hvac systems, explain the importance of choosing the right fluid to avoid system problems and how to improve fluid lifetime.

presentations are scheduled for monday, january 28, at 2 p.m., and tuesday, january 29, at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the dow booth.

for those unable to attend one of the presentations, connor and other dow fluid experts will be available in the dow booth throughout the show to discuss fluids for efficient heat transfer and effective freeze and corrosion control in water-based systems.

fluidfile makes choosing the right fluid easier and more convenient for both experienced professionals and first-time system designers. it enables fast, efficient evaluation of the properties and performance of dow heat transfer fluids under customizable conditions. the next-generation fluidfile software will be free to access on the dow heat transfer fluids website and as a downloadable application in early 2013.
