HP technology helps satisfy need of data centers for rack level cooling


just take a look at our coolingzone's front page of industry press releases and you'll see a wide number all related to data center cooling.   with cloud computing being a leading trend in it, it makes perfect sense.  also recently we've seen where cooling at the rack level will outpace cooling at the data center level itself.   hp has implemented a technology that takes advantage of this trend and they call it, "sea of sensors".  in hp's words:

the hp sea of sensors automatically track thermal activity across the server through a collection of 32 smart sensors. the sensors dynamically adjust system components such as fans, memory and input/output processing to optimize system cooling and increase efficiency.
