Our 15th Year! coolingZONE 2015 Thermal Management Summit

cz-15_250x175_logo_250 coolingzone 2015 thermal management summit is now in its 15th year!  this year should be very exciting and we look forward to offering some of the industries best presenters.  this year's topics are going to cover the gambit and we've got something special on top of it, two short courses!

this year's coolingzone will continue our trend of being a web cast.  this format allows us to reach the widest audience with the best information.  engineers and speakers both save valuable time and money from travelling while being able to connect online.  this is a win - win for everyone and makes for a cost effective and excellent learning experience.

so what will we have on the agenda this year?  while we're working with our speaker's to finalize their presentations, here's a quick preview of what you can expect:

  • "how to" study on using various liquids to cool 10kw of computing power in a single rack
  • thermosiphon's:  choices, options, applications and challenges in designing
  • open bath immersion cooling for electronics
  • predictive data center cooling
  • liquid cooling choices and options in fluid types for applications
  • "how to" use analytical modling for thermal analysis
  • the latest in ultra-thin flexible thermal "ground planes" for electronics cooling
  • lessons from the icecool darpa project
