Danfoss Introduces New Optyma Slim Condensing Units

Danfoss has extended its line of fully-equipped condensing units designed for low-temperature and medium-temperature outdoor applications. This line of high-quality condensing units is manufactured in the United States.

Danfoss has extended its existing line of Optyma condensing units for the US market to include the new Optyma™ Slim. Designed with contractors in mind, Optyma Slim is compact, easy to install, easy to service--and offers reliable performance.

Optyma Slim features microchannel heat exchangers for high energy efficiency, low refrigerant charge, and easy maintenance, as well as scroll compressors for quiet operation. The units also come pre-equipped with a defrost timer, filter drier, and sight glass to minimize installation time. Optyma Slim is available in sizes ranging from 1 hp to 8 hp for low-temperature applications and 1 hp to 10 hp for medium-temperature applications, and is available for use with R-404A and R-134a.

Optyma Slim is manufactured in the United States and is UL-listed for outdoor use.

Along with a full spare parts program, the Optyma line of condensing units from Danfoss are specifically designed to address the needs of contractors and wholesalers in the United States and Canada. The exclusive products used in Optyma condensing units have been selected for their high level of reliability, ease of installation, and very low maintenance requirements.

With strategic stocking levels and availability throughout the Danfoss distribution network, Danfoss supplies customers with the solutions they need, when and where they need them.
