ERS high-precision thermal chuck integrated in Semishare 12-inch semi-automatic probing station

ERS electronic GmbH , the industry leader in the market of thermal management solutions for semiconductor manufacturing, is excited to announce its newest engagement with Semishare (Shenzen) electronic Co., Ltd.

The Chinese semiconductor equipment manufacturer has been gaining traction in the probing market in China, and is now among the top analytical prober suppliers in the country.

This summer, Semishare announced the release of its newest product, the SHCV-12, a 12” advanced semi-automatic probing station, which features ERS’ high-precision Thermal AC3 Chuck. This prober offers easy tester integration, automatic wafer alignment and mapping at a 0.1µm resolution.

It is the first high-end 12” semi-automatic analytical probe station manufactured in China.

“The AC3 thermal chuck from ERS offers a temperature range of -60°C to +200°C and a temperature accuracy of +/-0.1°C. It has the German trademark of high manufacturing quality and high performance that our customers are expecting. We are very satisfied with the cooperation with ERS so far” says Alvin Liu, CEO of Semishare.

“Semishare is a reputable Chinese semiconductor equipment manufacturer, whose quick turnaround to design, manufacture and integrate our thermal solutions in new stations makes them an ideal partner for ERS”, says Laurent Giai-Miniet, CSMO and CEO of ERS electronic GmbH.

“We’re proud to have our chucks integrated in the first Chinese high-end semi-automatic probing station. I believe this is a good growth opportunity for both companies, and we’re pleased to be on this journey with them.”
