The article noted that the company has received orders from an international logistics company based in Victoria, Australia and rental contracts from a moto vehicle company. Those orders are worth more than $30,000 for the startup.

It continued, “In a market update this week, Spectur said significant interest has already been shown by other Tier 1 companies who typically have extensive perimeter fences and assets to protect whop may benefit from thermal camera technology.”

To meet this increased demand, Business News added that Spectur is increasing its manufacturing to produce five additional systems per week to ensure they are in stock.

The Spectur system, according to the company’s website, provides wireless cloud recording with live surveillance and time-lapse video. If an intruder is detected then it will send email and SMS alerts within seconds, issue a pre-recorded warning and triggered alarm, turn on a powerful LED to brighten the area, and report to a professional monitoring station.

“Spectur cameras detect object motion using patented algorithms,” the site continued. “The wireless cloud recording camera features a powerful computer, which is designed to distinguish between real objects, shadows, and clouds. Thereby reducing false alarms.”

The system is also solar-powered to reduce connections to the site and allow for 24/7 monitoring. It has 3G and 4G connectivity with no cables or special installation required. The system charges during daylight hours and can power a 50 W LED at night. It can also be controlled with a smartphone app.

The site noted, “Advanced solar technology ensures that you’re always online, with an emergency backup cell installed to keep you in control even when the sun isn’t shining.”

“Our low bandwidth solution helps keep costs to a minimum,” Spectur added. “With motion activated systems, the Spectur solar powered camera only responds when it detects movement in the area.”
